Presentations and Educational Sessions
The CLEO/IQEC presentations and educational sessions are assembled by a volunteer Technical Program Committee comprised of some of the most renowned members of the laser and electro-optics community. These leaders are dedicated to providing the highest quality and most comprehensive program for attendees from all disciplines within the field.
Plenary Session-The conference begins each year with presentations by several of the field’s most respected scientists and business leaders.
Technical Program-Papers submitted for presentation at CLEO/IQEC undergo a rigorous peer-review process that helps to set the standard of excellence for which the conference is known. Presentations of those papers selected, along with a distinguished list of invited speakers combine to make the Technical Program among the most highly regarded in the field.
Postdeadline Paper Presentations-Postdeadline Papers undergo peer-review screening with a select few demonstrating the latest, most innovative findings chosen for presentation during the conference.
Short Courses-The conference features a large curriculum of short courses that cover a variety of specialties offered at both introductory and advanced levels. Each session is taught by a topic expert. Attendees qualify for Continuing Education Credits (CEU) upon course completion.
Laser & Electro-Optics Applications Program (LEAP)-The LEAP educational series is a dynamic program of sessions that take place in tandem with the exhibition. Sessions take place in the exhibit hall and are free of charge to all CLEO/IQEC attendees.
Hands-on Workshops -Each year, a select number of exhibiting companies are invited to lead demonstrations and interactive discussions about their company’s product/service lines. Sessions take place in the exhibit hall and all CLEO/IQEC attendees are encouraged to participate.
Colleague and Supplier Networking CLEO/IQEC provides the perfect blend of networking opportunities. Make and maintain professional contacts by participating in the educational sessions, interacting with the exhibitors and attending the receptions and special-topic focused events.
Special Conference Features CLEO/IQEC offers a variety of special conference features.
