Notes for Delegates:
There is a reduced fee for the registrations received before 25th. February 2004. We are expecting between 400 and 500 delegates and there will be poster and paper presentations.
You need not pay until your registration is confirmed.
If you need an Invitation letter for your VISA application you should register and pay as early as possible before we can issue the letters.
Presenters: $250; Student presenters: $ 150
Non-presenters
Before 25th. February 2004
Students $200; non-students $300; exhibitors $350 (basic fee-)
After 25 February 2004
Students $225; non-students $350; exhibitors $400 (basic fee-)
You need not pay anything at present. We will send you an invoice upon processing your registration. Your registration fee will include welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners (opening and Closing dinners too) as well as a complementary CD-rom of all presentations.
An abstract for oral and poster presentation should be submitted to the conference Secretariat no later than 25th. March 2004. An abstract of no more than 250 words are required, containing as clearly separate paragraphs. You can submit abstract as attachment by email to the Secretariat or by post in a floppy as word document.
