This module gives an overview of Strategic Management including frameworks for conducting industry analysis, setting competitive strategy and building core competencies. It discusses strategic planning models and how a company can consistently produce effective strategies.
All individuals who complete all the four modules will receive a Certificate from the SID. Affiliate Members who complete the course will be qualified as Full Members of SID. It is also possible for individuals, whether members or non-members, to attend individual modules (without enrolling in the Certificate course) to update their knowledge and skills in a particular area.
