This conference strives to be the premier meeting for those interesting in sharing research in the business and social sciences.
All the papers presented in the conference will be eligible as a book chapter in the book "New Research on Business and Management - 2004".
This is contingent upon submission of a paper in the proper format by December 10, 2004.
The best papers in each discipline at the conference will be chosen by peer reviewer for entry into the two journals: Western Journal of Management and Human Resource Management , or the Journal of Business Management and Change. The two journals will also be having special issues based on a special session to be held at the annual conference. Both journals are listed in Cabells 9th edition.
