The scope of this meeting is to bring together biologists, physicists, mathematicians and computational scientists, to assess the state of the art in quantitative modeling of signal transduction networks. The meeting will identify a set of methods and ideas and trace future directions for this emerging field. In addition, it will provide a reference forum for students and young scientists who are training to take interdisciplinary and systems approaches to signal transduction, pharmacology and cell biology.
