Yildiz Technical University and the International Centre of Thermodynamics are pleased to organize the first international summer school dedicated to thermodynamic optimization and constructal theory, with emphasis on the place occupied by constructal design in engineering thermodynamics. The main focus is on the improvement of system performance through the generation and optimization of system configuration (geometry, architecture). The three-day course of lectures is designed for graduate students (1 credit course), postgraduates, and researchers in engineering. The course is also offered as a new direction for curriculum development in engineering design education.
