The 2-day international conference is being organized by the Centre for Linguistic-Cultural Studies (CeSLiC) of the Department of Modern Foreign Languages and Literature at the University of Bologna, Italy. Its focus is the relationship between language, linguistics and literature, which will be explored from diverse theoretical and methodological perspectives. Concrete illustrations of text and corpus analyses will also be provided. Speakers include: Jean-Michel Adam and Ute Heidmann, Mirella Agorni, Anne Betten, David Butt, Maria Vittoria Calvi, Ruqaiya Hasan, Bill Louw, Georges Moliné, Sandro Moraldo, Antonio Narbona Jiménez, Martin Rueff, Maria José Rodrigo Mora, John Sinclair, Carol Taylor Torsello.
