This event will focus on how the strategic application of Six Sigma and related methods provides compelling answers for every organisation's leaders.
The agenda will focus on three elements of Strategic Six Sigma:
Performance Management using Balanced Scorecard to translate strategy into execution: It is a dynamic management system that reinforces, implements and executes corporate strategy.
Process Excellence using Six Sigma to continually improve the performance of products and processes against customer requirements. It is a rigourous system that listens to customer and business requirements, measures performance gaps, analyses root causes and derives solutions and controls.
Change Acceptance to implement sustainable fixes with careful change management.
The agenda will include several project case studies presenting the application of Six Sigma tools and related techniques, as well as the demonstration of the host's Six Sigma programme, presented by Chris Merriman, Master Black Belt, EMEA Sun Microsystems.
