Instructions for authors
Young scientists (not older than 33 years) and invited leading scientists are invited to submit an abstract (2 (two) pages in Ukrainian, Russian and English). The abstract should be printed and signed by all the joint authors (1copy). The abstract of the participants without any scientific degree should have their scientific adviser’s visa. The participants should also present electronic variant of their abstract by email.
Note: Only oral communications are allowed. Abstracts will be evaluated and approvaled by scientific committee. The organization committee will inform the participants of acceptance or rejection of the theses by e-mail before 30.08.2004. All the accepted abstracts will be presented in Internet before the conference.
Dead line for abstract is 01.08.2004
Deadline for registration form 15.07.2004.

The annotation of 3-4 sentences in English (if the abstract represented in Russian and vice versa).
Key words (not more than 5 words and phrases).
Then the text of abstract including references (if needed) follows not more than for 2 (two) pages of the size A4 from break line with the interval 1,5. Format - Microsoft Word for Windows. Type - Times New Roman, size - 12 points. Margins - 3 cm from each side.
All the joint authors should sign the printed variant. If there is no signature(s), one should name the reason of this. The authors present the electronic variant either on a floppy disk or by e-mail as attachment file.
The file name is the English transliteration of the first author's surname (example:
kisleyko.doc or kisleyko.rtf).
Abstracts are accepted in Ukrainian, Russian and English.
Organization fee: for young scientists - 20 Euro (for Russia, Byelorussia, Poland, Finland, and the Ukraine), for young participants from rest world - 100 Euro.
For the rest of the participants - 40 Euro (for Russia, Byelorussia, Poland, Finland, and the Ukraine), for participants from rest world - 200 Euro.
The organization fee includes only organization expenses and is paid after receiving the second information message.
Correspondence participants pay 50% of the organization fee. The organization fee offsets also the cost of sending the Conference Proceedings, which will be sent to the address given in the registration form.
