TheFitExpo™, L.A.'s Premier Fitness Event
Returns to Pasadena, February 18th–20th, 2005
Friday through Sunday, the city of Pasadena will once again be transformed into the nation’s fittest city, as National Fitness Productions returns with TheFitExpo, L.A.’s premier fitness event. This three-day event will take place at the Pasadena Civic Center, 300 East Green Street. Show hours will be Friday 3:00–9:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM–6:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Attendees are encouraged to come dressed to work out as top celebrity instructors offer an array of non-stop interactive classes and workouts. Renowned experts will offer educational seminars and workshops in the areas of nutrition, weight loss, sports psychology, and more. There also will be professional bodybuilding, aerobics, strongman and fitness competitions featured throughout the weekend.
Several special events are planned in conjunction with TheFitExpo.
Iron Man Magazine will present The 16th Annual Iron Man Pro Bodybuilding Contest and NPC Figure Competition on Saturday, February 19th, at 7 PM in the Pasadena Civic Auditorium (separate ticket required). The USPF California Cup Powerlifting Invitational, a Pro Qualifier will take place Saturday February 19th and Sunday February 20th at TheFitExpo .
TheFitExpo highlights will include staging areas with live events and demonstrations, plus hundreds of booths offering the latest in fitness products and services from apparel, equipment, health clubs and supplements to health and wellness providers, food and beverages and magazine publishers.
Admission for adults is $15 per day at the door and $25 for a weekend pass. Children 10 and under are admitted free.
