The 3rd Annual Latin American Leadership Forum will bring Latin American infrastructure Projects, Business Leaders, and Policy Decision Makers  to Washington, DC March 22nd and 23rd, 2005. 

The Leadership Forum is built around the top 40 infrastructure projects in Latin America that are critical for the region's growth, competitiveness and equity.  Projects are selected by a jury consisting of Forum sponsors and other recognized leaders in Latin American infrastructure.
