The aim of the conference is to bring together in an unformal environment researchers oriented to discover new horizons of the Entropy. A basis of the research is a new formulation of the notion of the Entopy recently proposed a generalization of the notion “entropy” and with its application to description of the knowledge acquisition processes. Within the framework it is established that the entropy of the closed and some other systems increases in time and, finally, may override all region of the possible system states and motions. In this connection, the definition of the entropy within the negentropy principle in the statistical physics and information theory in no way accounts the rate of changing state, acceleration of motion, rate of exchange of the information and entropy between the system elements and the external environment, and much other what could explain us the rate of proliferation and increase of the uncertainty, redundancy of the information, and much other. A concept of resolving the negentropy principle paradox is proposed. In accordance to the concept, a researcher tends to build an mental, mathematical or physical filter by use of which the he or she wants to elicit the maximum of information the investigated system, containing in the experimental data and/or theoretical knowledge on the system. Such a concept is based on maximization of the generalized entropy. It is urged to reflect the researcher trend to elicit the maximum of information on the system, containing in the experimental data and/or theoretical knowledge on the system.
