7 steps to the beginning of your success in the Ukrainian market:
1) Request by fax or by e-mail Application for Participation or download it from our website.
2) Fill completely Application for Participation and send us by fax: +48 8953487 48
3) Pay the received Invoice for your participation.
4) Receive the Ukrainian visa in the nearest consulate of Ukraine according to the "invitation" which we shall send you after reception of your payment.
5) Buy air tickets to capital of Ukraine, Kiev (date of arrival to Kiev - 16 Nov. 2004, date of departure from Kiev - 18 Nov. 2004).
6) Do successful negotiations with specially selected Ukrainian companies interested in co-operation with your company.
7) Develop the adjusted acquaintances and business relations after end of negotiations in Kiev.
COST OF PARTICIPATION:
- 1 representative person from your company (hotel - in a single room): 995 EUR/company.
- 2 representative persons from your company (hotel - in a twin room): 1170 EUR/company.
- 2 representative persons from your company (hotel - in 2 single rooms): 1390 EUR/company.
Cost of participation includes:
- 'Invitation' (obligatory, when applying for a visa) for obtaining Ukrainian visa in your country*;
- Accommodation in hotel***+, from 12:00 AM of the Tuesday (16.11.2004)until 12:00 AM of the Thursday (18.11.2004);
- breakfasts, lunches and dinners in Kyiv;
- Ukrainian medical insurance;
- Organization of preparation meeting with other international participants;
- Organization of business meetings with Ukrainian companies with your own table-stand at the Business Forum;
- Information materials of Business Forum;
- Personal interpreter during the Business Forum;
- Coffee, tea, mineral water and sweets during Business Forum;
- Bus transfers with the group of other International Participants;
- Sightseeing tour around Kiev (English speaking guide);
- Personal transfers from Kiev airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport.
* We do not send Invitations for obtaining Ukrainian visa for citizens of African and some Asian countries.
WARRANTY OF SUCCESS:
- Ukrainian companies are specially selected for your company, therefore you are not dependent on other Participants, their offers, product lines, etc. Generally, there are
about 5 to 15 local firms, specially selected for your company.
