THE METHODOLOGY
This is a practical course consisting of 50%
lecture and 50% workshop. Participants will be

well as to apply the concepts to their particular
situation with the guidance of the seminar

manual containing valuable resources.

Property arena having practised as lawyers and
now as IP Consultants and Strategists.
They are much sought-after as IP trainers and
have spoken with organizations such as the
Judicial & Legal Training Institute, Malaysian Intellectual Property Association (MIPA), Malaysia Venture Capital
Management Bhd (MAVCAP) and the Malaysian
Institute of Management(MIM).
They are both Honorary Members of the Association
of Fellows and Legal Scholars of the Center for
International Legal Studies (CILS) and have
contributed to publications like The Edge and The
Star.
