Publications
Papers accepted for presentation at the conference will be published on conference proceedings and, upon approval of technical sponsorship by IEEE Communication society, on the library IEEExplore . Authors of best papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their papers for publication in special issues of leading internation journals.

High-quality original papers, written in English, are solicited. Papers must be unpublished and must not be submitted for publication elsewhere. All papers will be reviewed by Technical Programme Committee members and other experts active in the field to ensure high quality and relevance.
