Celebrate one of the fastest growing demographics in North Carolina — at the Ninth Annual Golden Jubilee Baby Boomer & Senior Expo 2005 on Wednesday, May 25, 2005 in the Jim Graham Building of the NC State Fairgrounds, in Raleigh.
Over 5,000 senior citizens, caregivers and families attended last years Golden Jubilee.
The event will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on May 25, 2005. There will be no cost to attend the Expo — it’s free to the public!
The Expo will provide resources and information that will foster healthy and productive lifestyles for people 50+ and their families. A wide range of over 30 different health screening services will be offered at no cost to those attending.
Participants can enjoy stage entertainment including dancing and vocal performances. There will also be a grand prize drawing and lots more!
This full day of activities will also include dance and exercise classes, a pet adoption arena and lots of new surprises!
Over 250 exhibitors will host booths at the event where seniors and their caregivers can receive helpful information.
Parking is free, and access to the event hall is easy—no stairs. There are free shuttles from various locations including many local senior centers.
The doors will open at 9:00 a.m.!
