Conference Web site
DEADLINE for submission of paper APRIL 15, 2005

More and more different types of applications increasingly
use the Internet as a large distributed systems in the last
few years. With this development, many challenging new
research problems have emerged. A successful treatment
of these problems requires multi-disciplinary collaboration
between researchers from different fields. The goal of this
conference is to bring together researchers from disparate
areas related to new Internet Community Systems, to
discuss the current state of the art in the described field,
and to identify promising directions for research.

The conference topics include, but are not limited to

Graph oriented models
Small worlds
Graph theoretical applications
Clustering algorithms
Dynamic & rapid growth models
Random structures

Text oriented models
Information extractions
Datamining and consistency
Text classification
Statistical methods

System oriented aspects
Distributed computing
Solutions based on game theory and economic approaches
Resource management in large distributed systems
Self-organizing and adaptive systems
Agent-based systems
Quality of service

**Submission and publications**
Submissions of unpublished papers presenting research
results, industrial experiences, and applications as well as
detailed specifications of open problems are solicited.
Authors are invited to submit full papers in english (up to
12 pages) electronically (information available on web
It is expected that accepted papers will be presented at the
conference by at least one of the authors.

All submitted papers will be subject to a review process by
the program commitee. Continuing in the tradition of
former I2CS, it is intended that all contributions of I2CS
