TLS took place in Budapest in May 2004 for the first time, with over 75 vendors displaying products and services in the transport, logistics and supply chain sector. Vendors from 19 European countries took part in this inaugural event. Supported by the Ministry of Economy and Transport as well as local transport and logistics associations, TLS captured the mood of the industry on the brink of EU accession. TLS will reconvene one year after the accession to assess the progress that has been made in this sector of key importance for Central and Eastern European economic development.

At TLS leading suppliers of transport, supply chain and logistics equipment and services will join a highly targeted grouping of senior logistics managers from the Central & Eastern European manufacturing, distribution, wholesale and retail sectors in participating in a congress designed to share knowledge and awareness in the industry, and to continually approve the quality and cost-effectiveness of transportation and logistics services.
The structure of the congress allows vendors and visitors the chance to determine their own schedule and to plan as many of their meetings in advance as possible. Through its long experience in working with senior executives in all sectors of the transport, logistics and supply chain industries, and its background in organising business information events, marcus evans congresses will ensure the presence of potential buyers from throughout Central & Eastern Europe..

One year after Czech Republic and 7 other Central and Eastern European countries joined the European Union, TLS 2005 gives you the opportunity to assess the impact on transport and logistics at first hand.
TLS 2005 is the only congress in Central and Eastern Europe to focus on the complete requirements of professionals involved in the transportation, logistics, warehousing and supply chain sector. With many vendors introducing new-to-market products and services, attending TLS 2005 will give visitors a complete overview of the current state of the market and a chance to identify new solutions for the future.

There is no comparable event for the industry where the needs of transportation end-users are specifically addressed. This is essential to the visitor-centric approach that marcus evans congresses applies to all its events to ensure that all participants derive the maximum value from their time out of the office.
