Emerging data link technology promises to play a critical role in overcoming many of the global, joint, network-centric, continuous and agile communications challenges facing tomorrow’s war fighters. Currently the next-generation of data links are being developed for air combat, weapons integration and time critical targeting, situational awareness, naval surface ships, air picture integration, manned and unmanned aircraft integration, wide-area ISR, and a host of other capabilities.

This outstanding conference brings together the military experts who are defining future data link requirements and the industry leaders who are developing next-generation systems and technologies. What is the status of Multi-Platform CDL development and implementation? What are the future OSD and service requirements? How will NCW, JTRS, GIG, ConstellationNet, FORCEnet, LandWarNet and other major initiatives drive future data link requirements? How are challenges in joint and allied interoperability, multi-cast and legacy integration being addressed? How will commercial technology impact military capabilities – and vice versa?

These and many other issues will be closely examined during this two-day conference.
