“Global Challenges in Intelligence based Materials & Manufacturing”

Over the past few years, a little word with big potential has been rapidly in simulating itself into the World’s consciousness. That word is “Intelligence”. It will produce the strategic technology breakthrough of tomorrow. Our ability to work with this technology to create something new, opens huge vistas for many of us.

This International Symposium is an attempt to bring the experts from academic institutions, research organizations and industries, and policy-makers involved in this area, on a common platform to facilitate close interactions and to share and exchange their views pertaining to the contemporary issues and future challenges in the field of intelligent materials, manufacturing and processes.

To provide a forum for the free and fruitful exchange of ideas on intelligent materials, manufacturing and processes;

To promote result oriented, industry related research in academic institutions and research organizations;

To create a network among various institutions and industries for effective collaboration in research and development;

To identify areas which require research and development in the immediate future.
