DAAAM International was founded on November 5th, 1990 at the Vienna Symposium, in order to mark the 175th anniversary of the Vienna University of Technology. The purpose of DAAAM International is to provide a world forum for engineers, scientists and industrial managers to present and discuss the current status and impact of advanced manufacturing and automation. During the last fifteen years the activities of DAAAM International are supported from the scientists and experts from more than fifty countries all over the world.

The Organizing Committee invites authors as well as participants. The symposium language is English. One person can be the first author of one and the coauthor of another paper. The deadline for the papers submission is July 01, 2005. The papers have to be prepared exactly according to the Instructions for Authors. Papers will be subject to review by an international paper reviewing committee. The authors will be notified by July 20, 2005 about the results of reviewing. The deadline for the submission of the final paper and the conference fee is September 1, 2005.
