If KM certification is important to your career, and to your
organization, then the official KMPro certification is the right choice for you. KMPro's CKM and other certifications in our Professional Certification Program are by far the knowledge management credential of choice across a vast array of industries, organizations and government agencies alike. KMPro's CKM training program is based upon solid instructional design concepts and applications, and has been designed by training and development experts, well versed in job-task-analysis, human performance development, human
capital strategy and is taught by those with decades of real training and development
expertise and with years of KM hands-on consulting experience (16+ years).

KMPro's curriculum provides heavy emphasis upon the issues that are key to those trying to implement AND lead
KM initiatives in their organization. KMPro's CKM Workshop is structured to provide a logical flow and effective transfer of knowledge necessary to support your KM implementation needs. We cover four essential "themes" in the workshop:

Theme 1 -- Understanding KM -- Presents
the groundwork necessary to cover the basics of KM including terminology, concepts and required KM theory.

Theme 2-- KM Applied Sciences -- Provides a solid foundation in the core sciences that are key to successful KM implementation
including social interaction & networking, strategic management, systems
thinking, strategic thinking, KM strategic planning and performance metrics.

Theme 3 -- KM Implementation -- Provides additional focus on KM strategy (including vision/mission), best practice performance
measurement systems (including Balanced Scorecard), building the KM business case (return-on-investment, life cycle costs, Knowledge-Value-Added, cost-benefit analysis, payback period and financial support metrics), force field analysis, and implementation issues including "grass roots" KM, building collaborative networks and Communities of Practice, and KM technology.

Theme 4 -- Leading & Managing KM --
Addresses the biggest challenge of KM implementation which is the leading and
managing of a KM effort. Focuses on coverage of KM process facilitation, diagnostic-intervention, KM facilitative techniques, leading change & change management strategies, storytelling and KM leadership roles.
