Registration Fee

The individual registration fee for each conference includes attendance at all conference sessions, a copy of the conference handbook on CD and coffee breaks. The registration fee for Mealey’s Nursing Home Litigation Conference also includes continental breakfast each day, one luncheon and a networking reception. The registration fee is $1095 for Mealey’s Nursing Home Litigation Conference and $450 for Mealey’s Elder Law Conference for the first attendee.

Hotel Accommodations

The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island is located at 4750 Amelia Island Parkway, just 30 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Attendees should make reservations directly with the hotel by calling 904-277-1100. When making reservations, indicate that you are attending Mealey’s Elder Law Conference/Mealey’s Nursing Home Litigation Conference, June 8, 2005/June 9-10, 2005. A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees at a rate of $249 a night for a single or double room. The cut-off date for this rate is May 18th. After that date, this rate will be offered based on space availability. Please note, there are a limited number of rooms in our room block so make your reservations early.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants who cancel on or before May 25th will receive a full refund. Registrants canceling from May 26th-June 1st will receive a full credit towards another Mealey’s conference. Cancellations made afterJune 1st will be subject to a 25% administrative fee; the remaining amount will be credited towards another Mealey’s conference. Credits must be used within one year of the date of issuance. Attendees who are paid in full and do not attend the conference forfeit a refund or a credit voucher. Substitutions may be made at any time.
