The Advanced Workshop is designed for experienced deal makers. These include delegates who have attended PharmaVentures’ Negotiating Successful Strategic Alliances & Calculating their Financial Terms workshop as well as other senior deal making executives. The advanced course aims to take delegates to the next level and builds upon the foundation laid in PharmaVentures’ standard course, with a more in-depth look at valuation methodologies, the negotiation process and extended face-to-face negotiations.

It is an opportunity for experienced negotiators to extend and consolidate their skills. The emphasis will be on 1 day of interactive sessions and a substantial 2 day role-play exercise. It is designed to strengthen and extend the fundamental skill sets involved in deal negotiation and structuring.
