THE BarOn EQ-i®

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT & PRACTICAL TRAINING
Participants will:
Take the EQ-i assessment and receive an in-depth confidential report appraisal of their individual emotional intelligence,
Receive a constructive, confidential, and candid feedback of personal and professional strengths and development needs from a BarOn EQ-i® certified professional,
Create a personal development and action plan aimed at improving specific EQ skills that will enhance performance,
Learn how to deal with problematic reports and to give constructive feedback,
Receive a group report and discuss areas of strength and areas for potential improvement,
Analyse the group report with comparisons of star profiles of CEO’s, Fighter pilots and Computer Programmers.

COURSE LEADER
Dr Margareta Sjölund is a PhD in Psychology from the University of Illinois (USA). She is a licensed Psychologist in Connecticut and a member of both the American Psychological Association and the Association of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists. Dr Sjölund helped pioneer the organizational application of Emotional Intelligence in Europe and has been featured at numerous conferences and events around the world, such as, at the University of Chicago’s GSB Panel on Leadership Derailment with McKinsey & Company and Center for Strategic Leadership and at the Global EQ symposium in Denver, USA. Dr Sjölund has extensive experience in clinical psychology & psychometric testing and has run many successful certifications programs worldwide, including last years Certification Course at the University of Chicago GSB’s Asian campus.
