The issue of conflict reconstruction has in the past three years dominated ongoing events in Iraq and Afghanistan. The United States military and its allies have focused on supporting nations in need of assistance, in turn providing humanitarian and economic assistance for the betterment of Nation building that has led the US to support reconstruction efforts in developing nations.

Conflict Reconstruction & Stability Operations will focus on Iraq and Afghanistan and the US led effort in these nations, highlighting combat and non-combat lessons learned, as well as industry's experiences in these changing nations. The overall theme will allow for government and NGO concerns to be addressed in a constructive forum in hopes of furthering discourse on conflict reconstruction and stability operations.
