The second International Conference on Neural Networks and Brain (ICNN&B2005), to be held in Beijing, China in October 13-15, 2005, is organized by the China Neural Networks Council, IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Beijing Section Chapter and Chinese Institute of Electronics. ICNN&B 2005 aims to provide a broad international forum for scientists, engineers, and educators working in the areas of neural networks and brain science to discuss state-of-the-art science and technologies, and their applications in diverse areas. The conference will feature plenary lectures given by worldwide renowned speakers, tutorial presentations and, some special sessions focused on some popular topics.
