This seminar is built on a comprehensive, marketing-based perspective of database marketing opportunities, requirements and practices. There is also an extended discussion of segmentation as well as predictive modeling and data mining. The seminar looks at how database marketing enables the marketing function to effectively integrate its efforts with the information technology, quantitative analysis, finance, and merchandise functions.
This seminar will teach marketers how to apply database marketing in their businesses. It addresses issues of identifying opportunities as well as introducing the right types of technology.
