For some employers, the issue of diversity and accessibility in the workplace can be a source of anxiety. Recent legislations mean that more than ever before, organisations must be aware of their responsibilities to their workforce in terms of recruitment, support and training. However, organisations which engage with these issues at a strategic level, and integrate diversity policies within their business aims, will reap the benefits. In short, diversity is value.

In November this year, e.learning age are hosting a two-day conference surrounding Diversity and Learning, to highlight how organisations can develop a profitable and ethical diversity strategy. The event will focus on the role that learning technologies can play in spreading awareness of diversity issues and supporting a diverse workforce. The morning of the second day will focus on the subject of accessibility.

The event will be made up of presentations, workshops, case studies, technology and showcases/exhibition
