Pau, Montreal, Paris, Saïdia
and Gatineau, Toulouse will host the sixth edition of
NOTERE conference (NOTERE’2006). NOTERE offers researchers and industry
practitioners a bilingual (French/English) forum to share their knowledge and
viewpoints on techniques presently used or expected to be used in distributed
systems. The conference includes a one-day tutorial, followed by a 3-day
conference.

papers are welcome. Papers can be written in French or English. Examples of

functional or non functional issues (quality of service, security, safety,
robustness, reliability, performance, time-critical) connected with the above
listed topics. Both research contributions and reports on industrial
experiments are welcome.

the official language of the workshop. Nevertheless, papers may be written and
presented in English. Papers should not have already been published elsewhere.
Nor they should have been submitted to a journal or another conference. At
least one among the authors of each accepted paper must register to the
conference and ensure paper presentation.

invited to submit original contributions (long papers, from 8 to 10 pages or
short papers, from 4 to 6 pages). Papers may be electronically sent in either
one of the following format: PDF or MS-Word. Papers may be written in French or
English. Every paper should mention on its first page the title, authors’ names
and affiliation, an abstract and a list of keywords. For further details,
