| Description |
You are invited to join in this state-of-the-industry program designed to prepare you for the challenges you face in today's changing business environment. The program is a collaboration of Oklahoma State University, the University of Oklahoma, and 12 major Oklahoma corporations and organizations. You are actively involved in your self development throught this program. Simulations and peer feedback link the learning sessions with decision making and strategic planning in your own organization. Sessions include a business simulation that runs throughout the program, emotional intelligence, strategy and culture, team building activities, decision making and critical thinking, organizational change, supply chain management, influence skills and relationship building. Corporate executives serve on a panel and conduct open discussion with the participants.

In its 11th year, the Executive Education Partnership Program offers invaluable networking opportunities to executives and upper-level managers who are assuming greater responsibilities.
