Going to the Integrated Academy, to study is very exciting, The Integrated Academy of Management and Technology, affectionately known as – Inmantec is committed to excellence in education, has been set up in the industrial city of Ghaziabad, about 20 kms. from the national capital, New Delhi. The institute was founded in 1995 by a non-profit educational society with an objective to promote specialized education, research, and training by incorporation of Indian ethos in the contemporary management, and to provide excellent employment opportunities for the young students as well as high caliber managers for the industry. In the area of management education, there is always a need to combine academic rigor and practical exposure with a global perspective, in order to equip the students with the right set of attitudes, skills, knowledge, and vision of a world-class manager. Since its inception the institute has become a source of quality education and research in the field of business management and information. INMANTEC organizes every year International Conference on any emerging theme. Our sixth International Conference was held during Nov 3-5 2004 on “Globalization: Issues and Challenges”, at India International Center, New Delhi and endeavor to Marching ahead for the 7th International Conference on Business Transitions: The Road Ahead from November 21 through 23 of the year 2005 at New Delhi at the same, India International Center, New Delhi. Our All previous conferences have attracted a large number of participants, delegates and scholars from industry, academia and governments in India and across the Globe .
Conference Overview
The process of determining the future ownership and management of a closely held business has been referred to as business transition. Businesses have come a long way from being managed by a single family to most qualified successors armed with latest tools & techniques for modern days' business warfare. Autocracy has given way to democracy in decision making. Turnaround times have shrunk manifolds. Quality and cost have got precedence over all other relevant factors. Businesses have experienced transitions of high magnitude in order to be competitive at global level. The emphasis is on improving management and organizational techniques, upgrading research and development, science and technology as well as strengthening innovative capacities.The Conference shall outline critical thrusts on quality planning, information technology, entrepreneurship issues, risk management etc while developing roadmap of smooth business transition in the wake of globalization and liberalization
