Slowly we are starting to realise the competitive edge that environmental responsibility can bring. We are now experiencing an increase move towards more sustainable enterprises, reacting to demands of the public and NGO's. Effective waste management is central to realising this competitive edge. In light of this WASTE MANAGEMENT IN THE DEVELOPING WORLD aims to introduce us to new ideas, yet understand the fundemental principles, to look at alternative methods, but most importantly the sustainability of practices in South Africa..
