| Description |
The Conference held in Russia every two years (Syktyvkar in 2000; Kazan in 2002; Saratov in 2004), have acquired high international reputation, and gather researchers dealing with all aspects of the chemistry and technologies of phytosubstances. The 4th Conference is organized in the spirit of previous meetings, and will be devoted to following scientific problems:
- Structure, properties and chemical modification of phytosubstances;
- Technology end biotechnology of phytosubstances;
- Biological function and physiological activity of phytosubstances;
- Ecology of chemical processing of the phytogenic raw materials.
The Conference embraces the areas of chemistry, physiology, biotechnology, pharmacology and medicine, and covers all current issues related to phytochemistry in general. Recent advances in organic synthesis will be of major relevance.
An oral presentations will be made during the meeting, and invited speakers with high international recognition will present their latest results and evaluate the state of the art. All participants are invited to bring posters that will be discussed during poster sessions.
Conference is expected to attract a large number of participants, owing not only to the cutting-edge scientific content, but also to the attractive location and social programme.
