Enjoy the pleasure of learning TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) to help lose weight and maintain weight loss. You will learn how to apply the successful TAT research outcomes to lose weight. Objectives
On completion of this one-day workshop, participants will be able to:
1 - explain the theory of yin-yang and how it relates to energy movement
2 - demonstrate the ability to do the basic steps of TAT
3 - demonstrate the ability to work with groups of traumatized people

Tapas Fleming began her search for Truth at age 15. For many years her focus was on enlightenment and emotional release. After losing premature twins and coming close to dying herself, she went to school to learn acupuncture and focus on her own healing. In 1994, Tapas came up with Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT). Tapas now lives in Redondo Beach, California where she has a private practice and travels worldwide to give TAT trainings.
