| Description |
This symposium has been designed for vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, vascular internists, trainees and healthcare professionals with a major interest in the contemporary management of vascular disease. There will be panel discussions at the end of each session that will allow emphasis on the controversies. An entire session will be dedicated to carotid angioplasty and stenting, and supervised simulators will be provided for hands-on training. Case presentation sessions prepared by the faculty have been designed for maximal audience participation, and registrants are encouraged to bring their own cases for presentation and discussion. A session has been included to review, discuss, and debate a variety of multiple-choice exam questions covering the latest controversies.
