The conference will focus on the technologies developed to deliver countermeasures. It will place much emphasis also on future requirements, current military and civilian strategy, tactics and capabilities in dealing with the so-far persistent proliferation of illegitimate access to CBRN materials. Within the confines of this forum, there will be updates covering situational awareness, hazard awareness, mitigation, dealing with hazard delivery and the inevitable damage and impact. The important role played by medical, psychology and industry experts will be a feature of the conference also. Global experts from a wide cross section of interested professions will share operational experiences on the menaces and lawful applications of CBRN components. Strategists and planners from organizations such as the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Control, as well as all arms of the Armed Forces will deliver briefs on CBRN.
