The Institute:
Madhav Institute of Technology and Science was established in 1957 with the prime objective of providing technical education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels along with conducting research in various fields.
The Institute offers education in nine undergraduate programmes and twelve PG programmes. The present student’s strength in the campus is around 2500.
MITS has its own campus spread over 17.84 hectares in Gwalior, which is fast growing city with rich heritage. The institute has well equipped labs and IT facilities of international standard. The campus is about 3 kms. from railway station and 4 kms. from Gwalior airport.
