This program is designed to develop or enhance the sales skills of those in the hospitality industry who are responsible for making sales or increasing sales goals. The program is lead by industry icon, Howard Feiertag, member of the Hospitality and Tourism Management Department of the Pamplin College of Business. Topics will include: Industry trends affecting sales, selling and service, developing the best prospects, increasing sales with good PR, writing better sales letters, understaning the negotiation process, understaning contracts and agreements, and preparing your sales plan.
The program will be delivered as a highly interactive program, so come prepared to work.
