Dear Sir,
There is a constant pressure from customers to cut prices, which necessitates that costs are continuously reduced.
Rejection and rework are some of the major contributors to the cost of manufacturing. To minimize cost of rejection and rework it is essential to:
Ø Detect defects at the stage of occurrence so as to avoid addition of further Cost on Rejection and Rework.
Ø Provide forewarning of the possibility of the occurrence of defects so as to take Proactive Action to avoid rejection and rework.
Ø Identify Root Causes of rejection and eliminate them.
Our ‘Process Quality Management System’ (Pro-QMS) helps to achieve the above objectives and hence provides nearly 100% return on investment. Pro-QMS collects data on real time from quality instruments and fixtures, instantly analyses the same and continuously displays the results in the form of Statistical Process Control charts to take corrective as well as preventive actions, for minimization of rejection & rework. The quality data collected provides an excellent data repository for analysis to find root causes of defects. Pro-QMS is manned by production operators thereby making them an integral part of the quality improvement movement in the organization.
