Event Date/Time: Nov 19, 2006
Although e-learning as a term, has only been in common usage for less than ten years many people are keen to see the end of the e. They feel that e-learning is just another way of delivering learning and we should therefore not talk about e-learning in isolation – it is all just learning, of one flavour or another. But every year there are more and more ways and opportunities to involve technology in learning. Whether or not you think this is e-learning is another issue. What is at stake is using each new technology to the benefit of learners. So putting the learners first, this seminar workshop will examine technologies and approached to learning which are here now and will be shortly and uncover what learning will look like in the next five years – with or without the e.
Built in to the programme will be lots of time for discussion and interaction.
