IQPC Training’s practical 2-Day course, Evaluate and Measure Human Capital Competency Programs in Oil and Gas Industry, will help you apply proven tools and methods to assess and sustain success in your current competency-based programmes. The training course will give you insights and a new approach towards creating a strong competency-based culture needed to drive the long-term commitment of your people through the change process.

Your course leader, Christopher Bennett, has over 30 years of industry experience in Global Human Resource Management while working in UK-based organisations, with operations throughout the world. Prior to being a HR consultant, Christopher was Board and HR Director for Burmah Castrol PLC (now BP) and HR Manager for Honeywell, UK. While with Burmah Castrol PLC (now BP), he had managed the worldwide integration of a subsidiary in 26 countries, as well as possessed line management responsibility for 14 countries. As HR Manager for Honeywell, UK, he came up with an employee competency development and implementation strategy together with HR activities, involving their merger and integration with Groupe Bull. Before Honeywell, Christopher headed the recruitment and industrial relations division for Bechtel Corporation.
