Description
A comprehensive review course designed for primary care providers (family physicians, general practitioners, general internists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants) seeking a review and update of their clinical skills. Course content will include discussion of evaluation and management of common cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, renal, pulmonary, neurology, rheumatology, hematology/oncology, pediatric, geriatric, surgical, dermatology, obstetric/gynecologic, emergent care, and psychiatric conditions in a primary medical setting.
Residents, fellows and nurse practitioner students, are also invited to attend.
Though not configured to be a board review program, the course will also be of value to graduating residents preparing for certification or practicing family physicians preparing for re-certification with the American Board of Family Practice.
