The 3rd Annual Advanced Initiatives in Medical Simulation (AIMS) Conference and Exhibition will be held on May 16-17, 2006 in Washington, DC. At this meeting, you can meet with experts on medical simulation as well as see, feel, and experience the latest advances in simulation training. This two-day event highlights the importance of medical simulation for public policymakers who are addressing issues related to patient safety, medical errors, and health care costs as well as private policy makers who are seeking successful risk management strategies, incentivizing behavior change, and ensuring high quality patient care.

Conference
The association for the Advanced Initiatives in Medical Simulation (AIMS), Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) of the US Army, National Capital Area Medical Simulation Center of the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences (USUHS), the AIMS Industry Council and the Center for Telehealth & E-Health Law (CTeL) will co-host the 3rd Annual Advanced Initiatives in Medical Simulation Conference on Tuesday, May 16, at the Forest Glen Annex of Walter Reed in Silver Spring, Maryland.
