The Rt. Hon Helen Liddell, British High Commissioner, and Colin Lyne, former Supervisory Board Member of the OGC (Office of Government Commerce, UK), will be guest speakers at The Public Sector Procurement Forum, hosted by CIPS Australia (The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply).
