The Boulder International Film Festival (BIFF) is one of Colorado's most celebrated film events and has developed international recognition as a showcase for the best new films by today's most important new filmmakers and stars. At BIFF 2006, we hosted Golden-Globe nominated actress Maria Bello [A History of Violence, The Cooler, Thank You for Smoking] along with many other stars, directors and producers, including Academy-Award nominee Eric Roberts, Screen Actor's Guild winner Marie Matiko, and Patrick Warburton [Seinfeld]).

Located in the stunning Rocky Mountains, easy-going Boulder Colorado is a traditional magnet for the tech-savvy, music & arts-loving outdoors-person who also likes to party. Along with a major University film school, we have hundreds of miles of running, skiing and hiking trails, world-class restaurants, hotels, galleries, shops and bar bands, all surrounded by a scenic 46,000-acre moat of Boulder Open Space. Boulder is just 45 minutes from the Denver International Airport.
