Roadmap to Business Excellence in Services aims to provide a sector specific learning platform. Business excellence leaders shall share their knowledge and expertise through 40 presentations. The Benchmark Six Sigma Conference for Service Industry has been designed uniquely to stimulate learning and provide adequate tools for application.
The conference has a unique parallel tracks design whereby business excellence in all service industry sectors shall be explored. While Day 1 of the conference has presentations of interest to one and all in service sector, Day 2 commences with four parallel tracks. Each parallel track addresses a set of processes, which are homogeneous. Day Two shall have track specific panel discussion in the afternoon.
A judicious mix of workshops, paper presentations, case studies and panel discussions will widen the knowledge base of participants.
The panel discussion provides a platform for industry leaders to discuss key business excellence concerns. It provides delegates an opportunity to pose questions and discuss issues/concerns of the industry with the high profile panel members. Questions shall be invited from delegates for the panel discussion.
