This is a friendly academic research conferences focusing broadly on the management disciplines including Management, Human Resource Management, E-Commerce, Organizational Behavior, Strategy, Operations Management and Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

This conference publishes a digital proceedings along with two journals (Western Journal of Human Resource Management and Journal of Business Management & Change). Both journals are listed in Cabells.

All papers are peer reviewed for inclusion in the conference, proceedings and journals. Past journals have focused exclusively on the best papers from this conference.

For the 2006 Conference we will be publishing special editions of the journal to include best papers from the conference. Attendance is required for consideration in the journal.

This conferences takes place at an ideal time in the year to visit Las Vegas and uses a hotel with an excellent conference facility. Typical rates are around $45 a night for hotel making this a very affordable conference visit.

There will be two parallel events including the Society for Human Resource Management Western Chapters student conference & the WBM Corporate Training Film Festival.

Entrance in the main conference gets you entrance in all three parallel events.
