The conference is part of a series held every two years in a major Australian city to provide scientists with an opportunity to extend their knowledge in their professional fields. The 2006 theme “Air, Water and Earth, Interact in Perth” recognises that air, water and earth are not only central ingredients to our profession, they are essential ingredients to the enjoyment of a healthy lifestyle.
