It is the longest running session dealing specifically with the tactical aspects of process improvement project work. It is the basis upon which other companies build their process training. There is no greater advantage to getting this information first hand from the people who are the pioneers in this area of training and consulting. It is completely vendor independent and based on knowledge gained from over 16 years of consulting with hundreds of organizations of all types around the world on their process projects. No other offering is as complete, comprehensive or real-world in its approach. Participants will be strongly encouraged to share their own experiences and learn from the experiences of other participants.

Process concepts area industry independent and the value gained by interacting with other people in other industries make this a priceless learning and sharing experience.
